AutoPay Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Recurring Payments
Sign up for Erie and Niagara Insurance Association's AutoPay EFT recurring payment option and your policy premium will be electronically withdrawn from your checking, savings or business account automatically.

AutoPay will make your life easier.

- Your payment is always on time (even if you're out of town), eliminating late charges and avoiding the possibility of the cancellation of your policy for a missed payment
- Available on all lines of business (both Personal and Commercial lines policies)
- Available for all current payment plans, i.e., 1-Pay, 2-Pay, 4-Pay, 8-Pay, 12-Pay
Eligibility
You may choose to enroll in AutoPay at the onset of your new policy or at any time during your existing policy period. You must have a checking account or savings account and agree to be on a periodic payment plan. An adequate account balance must be maintained in your chosen funding account to cover your payment(s).
AutoPay Enrollment
You are required to complete an authorization form to enroll in AutoPay, whereby you accept the terms and conditions of the program. You have the option to enroll in AutoPay online or by printing and completing an authorization form and returning it to us at the following address:

AutoPay Payment Schedule and Billing Notification
Once your enrollment authorization has been processed, we will send you a payment schedule letting you know how much your installments will be and when they will be withdrawn from your funding account. You will receive a new payment schedule any time an endorsement to your policy changes the payment amount.
In addition, you will receive a billing notification approximately 20 calendar days in advance of each scheduled payment withdrawal date. You have the option to receive your billing notifications in either paper form sent via U.S. mail or emailed to the email address provided during enrollment.
AutoPay Changes
Once enrolled in AutoPay, if changes occur to your funding account information, mailing or email address, or if you would like to change your billing plan and/or billing notification preference, you have the option of processing those changes online or by printing and completing the AutoPay EFT Change Form.

AutoPay De-Enrollment
If you wish to de-enroll in AutoPay and discontinue your future automatic EFT payment withdrawals, please request de-enrollment online or by printing and completing the AutoPay EFT De-Enrollment Form.
In order to continue your insurance coverage with us, please note you will still be obligated to pay any current amount due on your policy by an alternate payment method. Once payment has been processed, you will receive a bill for the remaining balance or your next installment due in accordance with the new billing plan selected. Please be advised until your de-enrollment request has been processed, we will continue automatic withdrawals.
